The data controller is Digital Technology Lab S.r.l. (VAT no. IT02145190472), represented by Cristian Ristagno. You can contact me through the Contact section of the home page or on LinkedIn.
2. Data processed
- Contact data: if you write to me by email or LinkedIn, I receive your name, your address or profile and whatever you include in the message.
- Technical data: like any website, the hosting server automatically records technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Theme preference: your light/dark choice is stored only in your browser (see the Cookie Policy); it never reaches me.
The site has no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising. All fonts, icons and images are served from this domain: no third-party service receives your data while you browse.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your messages and handling requests (e.g. projects or training): pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- Keeping the website working and secure (server logs): legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting collaboration, then deleted. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period, normally no longer than needed for security purposes.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be processed by the hosting provider and by the email service I use, acting as processors, only to deliver their services. If you contact me via LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own privacy policy also applies.
6. Your rights
Under articles 15–22 GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, and object to the processing, by contacting me as indicated above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
